The Kingston Immigration Partnership planned an anti-discrimination campaign called "Change the Conversation."

As a goal, it was admirable. As a campaign, it was vague. Change what conversation? And how?

Say Hello encouraged people to start a conversation. To introduce themselves, find common ground, and build a community where everyone says hello.
